National Garden Scheme - Charlton Down House near Tetbury - 10th June

Extensive country house gardens with formal terraces perennial borders, walled topiary garden, cut flower garden,  large glasshouse and much more including rescue animals. Open 12noon - 6pm: Admission £5 child Free. Most of garden accessable by wheelchair, refreshments, and dogs on short leads welcome. More detail www.ngs.org.uk 

 

 

TETBURY COMMUNITY BIKE RIDE - 10th June

This is a sponsored cycle ride for everyone along the quite lanes and off-road paths round Tetbury. Jay Foremans Childrens Show - Goods Shed Arts - 10th June

Disgusting Songs for Revolting Children from Jay Foreman the award winning musical comedian whose songs have been heard on BBC Radio 4, Radio 4 Extra, The One Show, London Live TV and Dave Gorman’s UK/Ireland tour.  Jay provides a devilishly cheeky hour of songs, poems and comedy for children of all ages in this family-friendly show, which regularly sells out its entire runs at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe.

Shilton Open Gardens Afternoon - 10th June

Enjoy an afternoon visiting gardens both large and small in the village of Shilton between 2pm and 6pm.

Homemade cakes and cream teas available from the Old School Hall, plant sales  and raffle, floral displays and music in the Chapel and Church.

A £5 garden passport covers parking and admission to all participating gardens.

Shilton can be found between Burford and Carterton on the B4020. It can also be reached by turning off the A361 opposte the Cotswold Wildlife Park.
